Why I Coach

I’m in this for the ‘aha’ moments—the look on a founder’s face when the pieces come together. Deep tech is challenging, but the rewards are immense. My passion is in unlocking these opportunities, making the journey less daunting and more doable for those daring to dream big.

Who I Coach

My coaching is for deep tech founders and teams who are serious about making an impact but might need a little guidance figuring out how. Whether you’re at idea stage or scaling up, if you’re driven to innovate and ready to grow, a coaching program can be a difference maker.

Qualifications

Having been a leader in four early-stage companies, I’ve faced the highs and lows of startup life several times. With my extensive coaching training and certifications, I have honed the skills to help deep tech innovators deal with challenges and accelerate progress.

Mike Harmon has achieved Level 1 and Level 2 certifications from the Center for Executive Coaching and is expected to achieve ICF ACC Certification in the second half of 2024.
